Marketing: We will have an office preview, list in the MLS, advertise in the newspaper, and hold open houses to get your property before the public. We will but a lockbox on your home, put a sign in your yard with a brochure box and maintain a "professional image" until your home is closed.
Showing: We will personally schedule appointments by calling the owners. We will also call and get reactions from prospective buyers and report activity.
Repairs: We have a handout on "Ace the Inspection," listing common repairs gleaned from hundreds of inspections. Many are simple that you can do prior to selling.
How to Get Ready: If you need to replace the carpet, the roof, paint, etc., we will help you pick the design to get you "Top Dollar." Example: painting or repairing the front door can raise the value of the selling dollar.
